Faith

Faith was once an operative for a man named Manson and his organization, the Clockwatchers. Her exact origin and the source of her powers remain a mystery. Even the U.S. government availed themselves of the Clockwatchers resources; Faith was considered a weapon and a soldier. At some point, she met Batman, who was sufficiently impressed with her demeanor and her massive telekinetic abilities. Later she developed a distaste for Manson's agenda and defected to the JLA. When the main team was lost in time (JLA #69), she was recruited to join a substitute JLA.
Faith's "defection" to the JLA angered even President Luthor and Manson hatched a plan to secure her voluntary return. (#79) She ultimately bested Manson and forced him to back down. He and his new lackeys, Axis Amerika, disappeared to haunt Faith and the JLA another day. (#82)
For reasons unrevealed, Faith is nicknamed the "Fat Lady." Her weight is immense and she has revealed her true nature only to her teammate, Major Disaster.

Faith weilds extremely powerful telekinesis.
